We immediately permanently delete applications and all related data in applications that we do not select for further review. For applications that we select for further review, we will retain the application and related data until a hiring decision is made, but no longer than a period of one year. If you are selected for a position with our company we will retain your data for the period in which you are providing services, and for the period necessary afterwards to meet all IRS or other governmental requirements, after which time your data will be permanently deleted.
